Chipwell Tech Corp. was founded as a 4-inch foundry in 1997. After two-year construction period, the operation was officially launched in June 1999.
The main business was metal gate foundry service for consumer ICs. Accompanied by strong market demand, Chipwell successfully provided the most complete and competitive metal gate foundry service to customers.
